Congratulations to 6th grade students chosen for District Honor Band!

Last Saturday, several 6th grade students from CCS competed against hundreds of students from around our district for a spot in the District 6th Grade Honor Band. Three of our students earned spots in this event. Congratulations to Shep Baumer, Olivia Cortese, and Luke Cart. As you may already know, Mary Houghton and Jules Jardell earned spots in the 7th and 8th grade honor band last month. We are so proud of you. They will perform with other outstanding musicians on January 7th at UL-Lafayette.

The Oak

The Oak - a magazine of Cathedral-Carmel Foundation (4th issue / December 2022)

With the support of our CCS families, we raised approximately $3,800 to purchase a set of lectionaries, a Chalice, and covered Ciborium, to be used for grade-level Masses and special occasion Masses in our CCS Chapel. Cathedral-Carmel School Chapel is a place for students and staff members to sit with the real presence of Jesus in the tabernacle. In addition to monthly rosaries, our students participate in quarterly Eucharistic Adoration and bi-monthly Reconciliation. Your generosity and donation was in memory of our beloved Sisters of Mount Carmel, Sr. Laura Melancon and Sr. Theresa Margaret Toups. Click above to view our donors!

In-House Registration Due Soon!

Please complete the IN-HOUSE REGISTRATION FORM that was emailed to you.
This form is due to our admissions office no later than December 20,2022. Thank you!
