We are extremely grateful for your continued prayers and support.  Our CCS parents, grandparents, faculty, and alumni have always played a significant role in the success of Cathedral-Carmel School.  Our reputation is one of academic excellence, strong Roman Catholic identity, and ongoing vitality and growth.  As we continue to raise funds to restore the entire Middle School building and upgrade the HVAC & classroom windows in the 2-4th grade building, we are forever grateful to you for making CCS what it is today!

Did You Know?

  • The CCS Historic Preservation Campaign is to raise money to improve the learning environment by restoring the efficiencies of both the Middle School building and the 2-4 grade building.
  • The Middle School building is the oldest building on campus and the original Cathedral School built in 1919; and the 2nd- 4th grade building was built in the 1950’s.
  •  The school allocated PBA funds raised through various school fundraisers and other resources to finance and complete Phase 1 of the campaign. 
  •  You can help CCS raise the remaining amount needed for the campaign - only $1,761,950 to complete Phases 2 & 3.

* You may wish to give directly to the CCS Historic Preservation Campaign. * A one-time gift or a (2)-year pledge through December 31, 2025. Donors who contribute $2,500 or above will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the CCS Auction, a chance entered in the $10,000 Raffle, and 2 invitations to the CCS Auction Sponsors/Preservation Patrons VIP Party on March 21st

 

*You may wish to sponsor the CCS Auction & Raffle being held on April 20, 2024. * Proceeds raised from the Auction & Raffle will directly benefit restoration efforts. (Auction Sponsorship Benefits apply)

 

 

PHASE 1:  Repaired bricks/mortar; waterproofed/sealed the exterior, installed fire sprinklers, insulations, new LED light fixtures & ceiling tiles, electrical and mechanical HVAC upgrades.

PHASE 2: Removal of all AC window units, upgrading to central heat/air, installation of new classroom windows and floors, additional upstairs restroom, interior finish enhancements, rebuilding of second-tier bell tower, new roof, confessional in the CCS Chapel. 

PHASE  3: 2ND- 4TH Grade Building- Removal of all AC window units, upgrading to central heat/air and installation of new classroom windows.
