PBA (Parent Booster Association)

The Cathedral-Carmel School Parent Booster Association (PBA) is a parent-led organization made possible by the time, talents, and generosity of our CCS families. The PBA encourages parent involvement on campus, coordinates volunteer efforts, and provides financial support for initiatives that enhance the overall CCS experience. From campus events and faculty appreciation to fundraising and community-building activities, parents play an essential role in making these programs and traditions possible. Simply put, the PBA could not operate without the support and participation of CCS families.

Through a variety of activities, events, and service opportunities, the PBA helps foster a strong sense of school spirit and community while supporting the mission and traditions of CCS. PBA-sponsored activities and events include:

Room Moms
Volunteer Coordination
Staff Appreciation Week
Spirit Stop School Store & Website
Tiger Treats: Quarterly Faculty & Staff Appreciation Days
Grandparents Day Program & Reception
CCS Live: Auction & Raffle
Santa & Baby Jesus Pictures
Tiger Open: Ladies’ Tennis & Pickleball Tournament
Taste of the Tigers: Tailgate & Cook-Off
Tiger Parent Socials
Diffendoofer Day: CCS Field Day

Funds raised through PBA events, sponsorships, and parent support directly benefit the school each year. These funds may support a single large-scale campus project or be distributed across multiple school needs and initiatives as determined by the administration. Funding priorities may include campus and facility improvements, technology enhancements, student and teacher support initiatives, safety upgrades, and other projects that positively impact the CCS community.

WEAR THE LEGACY

Celebrate 180 years of faith, family, and tradition. The Cathedral-Carmel Foundation proudly introduces Limited-Edition Anniversary Apparel now available.

For 180 years, Cathedral-Carmel School has stood as a living testament to faith, family, and foundation. Our legacy is as enduring as the great oak tree which stands between the church and school. Generations of legacy families have built deep roots, while new families bring fresh energy and growth. Together, they form a vibrant community grounded in tradition and reaching toward the future. By continuing the work of past stewards—strengthening giving, expanding endowments, and supporting Christ-centered education—the Cathedral-Carmel family ensures that its mission remains strong for generations to come.

Our Roots Run Deep. Over 180 Years Strong.

**All proceeds from this anniversary apparel support the production of The Oak, the Cathedral-Carmel Foundation’s annual magazine celebrating the stories and spirit of our Cathedral-Carmel family.
