Spiritual Curriculum
The mission of Cathedral-Carmel School is to teach Roman Catholic values in an environment of academic excellence. Motivated by our founders, St. John Baptist De LaSalle, who calls us “to teach minds and touch hearts” and Mother Therese Chevrel, who calls us “to love one another, uphold one another,” we strive to help form “Christ Centered Students.”
Rooted in faith, our students participate in many Liturgical traditions and Sacraments throughout the year. They encounter Christ during daily Religion classes, weekly Mass, and Adoration. Students grow in virtue each month, striving to live as Saints by completing our Virtues In Practice (VIP) program. Middle school students have the opportunity to join small groups and attend retreats. Our May Crowning and St. Joseph’s Feast Day are just two of the many events where we gather as a school community to celebrate our Holy Family.
