April is Autism Acceptance Month, celebrating and honoring the experiences and identities of individuals with autism. It emphasizes understanding, inclusion, and support, moving beyond awareness towards meaningful acceptance.
During the week of April 13th-17th, students will start each morning learning a fact about autism or individuals with autism. The week will conclude with a WEAR BLUE DAY on Friday, April 17th, recognizing the color associated with autism and showing our support as a school community.
