Registration is OPEN for Cathedral-Carmel’s Taste of the Tigers “Anything Over Rice” Cook-Off! Choose your category/categories: Meat, Seafood, Wild Card (Secret Ingredient) or Cornbread and let the fun and friendly competition begin!

Taste of the Tigers: Tailgate Edition—Cathedral-Carmel’s signature cook-off and family festival—happening Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, from 10:30 AM–4:00 PM on the CCS Campus!

The day will spotlight our tailgate-themed “Anything Over Rice” cook-off, along with public tastings, live entertainment, raffles, and family activities including the Kid Zone and cornhole tournament.

Whether you're coming to compete, sample, or cheer on your favorite Tiger chefs, this is a can’t-miss community tradition—and all proceeds support CCS school programs.

Team registration is NOW OPEN!—start planning your theme, gather your crew, and get ready to bring the Tiger spirit!
